BarkBox brings Puppy Fever To Our Photo Booth
Even The booth was wagging their tails this weekend.
Sigurjon and Justin spent the weekend with Barkbox, the doggie product subscription service, turning cute dogs into glamourous superstars!
Our "puparazzi" coverage on the red carpet captured costumes, treats, and of course, the cutest pups in the world. We absolutely loved being part of the 1st Annual Kentucky Derpy, and can't wait to come back next year!
CYCLE FOR SURVIVAL: E's Biker Buddies in The Booth
The time has come for Ethan and his buddies to pick up where they left off last year. We are absolutely thrilled to snap photos at the 2nd annual E's Biker Buddies event! A big thanks to Ethan's Aunt, Corey for inviting us again this year! E's Biker Buddies is the first ever ALL KIDS Cycle for Survival event where every penny raised goes to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center for rare cancer research. Last year E's Biker Buddies raised an astounding $85,000 and this year they want to repeat the magic!

All smiles in a picture from last year's event. Ethan on the bike with his buddies on such a great day!
So exciting to see E's Biker Buddies getting the attention of local celebrities like z100's Elvis Duran and the morning show!
The Booth Gets Chilly In Central Park
Last weekend we got together with the Central Park Conservancy to kick off their 35th Anniversary celebration. The chill and snow did not stop people from clicking photos, participating in a silent disco and watching a Valentines Day theme ice sculpture being carved before their eyes. Some photos from the day:
Cycle for Survival in The Booth
Ethan is a kid with a mission. Too young to throw his own event an official participating Cycle For Survival gym, he threw a KIDS ONLY!!! version. Thanks to his awesome Auntie Corey for inviting us to do our thing. It was a good day.
Saving lives and having fun in The Booth
On Tuesday night, hundreds gathered in Tribeca for the annual My Hero Gala presented by Aid for Aids. The goal was to raise money for aids awareness, research and prevention - and to have fun of course! We loved the energy the crowd brought to The Booth all night. Check out a few of our favorites:
The Booth at the 2013 AVP Courage Awards!
Last week, The Booth joined the Anti-Violence Project for the 17th annual Courage Awards! The New York City based organization works to provide free and confidential assistance to thousands of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer (LGBTQ) and HIV-affected people that experience violence. Check out a few of our favorite shots from the event:
The Booth at The March for Innovation at App Nexus:
The March for Innovation, a campaign to raise awareness about the need for immigration reform, began this past Wednesday at App Nexus here in NYC. The event included a guest panel with Fred Wilson, Co-founder of Union Square Ventures; Brian O'Kelley, CEO and CO-founder of AppNexus; Jalak Jobanputra, Managing Partner of FuturePerfect Vetures; Alexis Ohanian, Co-founder of reddit (pictured below); Nithya Das, Acting General Counsel of AppNexus.

The Photo Booth at Taste of Greenwich House:
The 11th annual Taste of Greenwich House last month raised over $225,000 to support ten social service and arts programs, including treatment for victims of child abuse, medical care for home-bound seniors, afterschool programs for urban youth, senior wellness programs, and adults struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. We love good causes, and this was an especially great one!
The Photo Booth Goes Retro for #Throwback Thursday:
The NY Photo Booth at Seeds of Peace's Peace Market:
We adore Seeds of Peace and were excited to participate in the 8th annual Peace Market (our 3rd). With thousands of guests in attendance, including musical virtuosos Questlove and Dave 1 (from Chromeo!), it was an inspired evening of giving to promote peace in areas of conflict around the globe. Here are a few of our favorite out takes from the energetic guests at the Peace Market:
The Photo Booth at PS3's Auction for the Arts:
What an amazing group of parents and community members who came out last Friday to support arts education for West Village elementary school PS3 at The Auction for the Arts! We had a wonderful time and were impressed both by all of the generosity and by the endless number of photo booth enthusiasts. Your children taught you well!

Behind the Scenes with the NY Photo Booth:
In case you have been wondering what the photo booth experience looks like, here are a few shots generously provided by Kenny Pang of Kenny Pang Photography. There are two staples of our service that are both shown here. First, there is a ton of space in The Booth, so guests can gather large groups of friends to take pictures with, and, second, we provide prints on-site at the time of the event.
Holiday House NYC Raising Funds for Breast Cancer Awareness and Snapping a Few Booth Photos Too:
The Booth was fortunate enough to have a preview of Holiday House this year and the opportunity to photograph VIP guests who were invited for a sneak peak a couple of weeks ago-- guests and decor alike were amazing! The good news: it is now open to the public (through November 18). Don't miss chance to view the gorgeous interiors in this historic Manhattan mansion all while helping to raise funds for the The Breast Cancer Research Foundation®.
